1. About your purchase
FIFA Coins or FUT Coins will always be property of EA Sports. By purchasing on fifacoinscolombia.com, you are paying for our services and any inquiries related to them. Each purchase implies acceptance of the terms and conditions presented on this page.
2. About the 5% EA TAX
We offer an additional 5% on top of the amount you purchase, for example:
- • If you buy 100,000 coins, you'll receive 5,000 extra coins
- • If you buy 1,000,000 coins, you'll receive 50,000 extra coins
- • And so on
3. About refunds
Full refunds will be available solely at FIFA Coins Colombia's discretion. If you don't receive your order within a maximum of 48 hours, you can request a refund.
4. About FUT market bans
We make sure to use safe and proven methods to transfer coins, in order to guarantee the best possible experience for our customers. It is essential that the customer carefully follows each step we indicate during the process, as we will not be able to offer refunds if instructions are not followed.
Important:
At FIFA Coins Colombia we have dedicated several years to studying the ban system. However, we will not assume responsibility if the customer's account is banned after 8 hours of an order being completed.
Important restrictions by transfer method:
🔹 Player Auction
- • It is strictly prohibited to transfer coins to another account before a minimum of 48 hours has passed.
- • The customer must use all coins in the account (both delivered and previously owned) after the transfer.
- • The account must have a maximum of 1,000 coins remaining once purchases are completed.
- • These measures are mandatory to safeguard the account status and reduce the risk of sanctions.
🔹 Comfort Trade
- • The customer must not transfer coins to any other account under any circumstances.
- • It is not mandatory to spend the coins immediately; the customer can use them whenever they wish.
- • This method offers greater comfort and security, as long as the indicated restrictions are respected.
Note:
In the event that the account is banned as a result of purchasing coins (an activity that goes against Ultimate Team's Terms of Service) using the Player Auction method, no refund of any kind will be offered. With the Comfort Trade method, a 100% refund in money or coins will be offered.
Our commitment is to provide a safe, transparent and quality service. We ask our customers to comply with these guidelines to avoid any inconvenience.
5. About your passwords
You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your email and password. For your protection, we recommend changing your account password at ea.com every time we complete a coin transfer.
